The 13th Exchange is a place of belonging, connection, nourishment, and reciprocity.

Set on 13 acres of land, it is a place where people, nature, creativity, nourishment, and wellbeing come together. The number 13 is intentionally woven throughout the land and experiences, creating meaningful points of connection, reflection, and exchange.

At its heart, The 13th Exchange is about reciprocity: the continual exchange between giving and receiving, inner and outer, self and other, land and people.

It is a place to gather, create, explore, heal, restore and simply be. A place where ideas, people and possibilities have room to grow.

Kim who creates a place of belonging

Kimusha is derived from the Shona word kumusha, meaning home, village, or place of belonging.

Kimusha is Kim’s personal practice within The 13th Exchange. Through Biofield Tuning, Reiki, immersive sound experiences, and seasonal offerings, she holds space for transformation, connection, and the body’s innate capacity to heal.

The work is rooted in the belief that home is more than a physical place. It is also something we can experience within ourselves: a feeling of being grounded, connected, nourished, and at ease.

Handcrafted with care, G's Condiments brings nourishment and creativity to the table — celebrating food, flavour, gathering, and the simple pleasure of sharing something made by hand.

Kimusha is Kim's expression of energy, sound, and wellbeing.

G's Condiments is an expression of food, creativity, and nourishment.

And the land itself is an important part of the experience with its trails, gathering spaces, natural surroundings, and the 13 elements that will gradually reveal themselves throughout the property.

Together, they create a place where we can exchange energy, ideas, nourishment, creativity, and connection.

A place to come home to, within ourselves, with one another, and to the land.
